Dr. Christine Cabell
Dr. Cabell is double board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr Cabell has been practicing Dermatology for over 20 years. She specializes in skin cancer and aesthetic treatments.
In addition to her surgical training, Dr Cabell has had intensive training in the practice of aesthetic and laser procedures. Her vast surgical experience and knowledge of the anatomy of facial and neck areas gives her a distinct advantage of being able to evaluate each patient and their unique needs and come up with a plan to provide a balanced natural look.
Dr. Cabell believes in using a combination of aesthetic procedures including injectables, lasers, body sculpting procedures, and skin care to reveal each patient’s beauty and to “turn back the clock” while still maintaining a very natural look.

Rebecca Geiger, PA-C
Rebecca has been practicing as a Physician Assistant for over 17 years. She worked for a plastic surgeon in the Pittsburgh area for 10 years. After getting married, she relocated to Mountain Top with her husband, Nick, and began working for DermDox practicing as a PA-C for dermatology.
Rebecca provides a variety of cosmetic procedures from injectables to lasers. She loves getting to know her clients and making them feel like their best self. Her time in plastic surgery has helped Rebecca truly understand getting her patients optimal results and their desired look.
Rebecca has two children named Noah and Ava. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family at sporting events and volunteering at her kid’s school.
Megan Harris, PA-C
Megan is a Physician Assistant with over 12 years of experience in dermatology. She received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Marywood University and completed a fellowship program in dermatology from the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
She enjoys practicing both medical and cosmetic dermatology in the community where she grew up.
Cassie Manganelli
Cassie was born and raised in NEPA. She has 8 years of experience in clinical dermatology as a medical assistant and 5 years experience as a medical esthetician. Cassie loves her job and being able to make patients feel more confident in their skin.
Cassie specializes in laser hair removal, body contouring, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, laser treatments, chemical peels and overall skin care advice. Cassie is also our resident Rising Star for VI Peel, showcasing that she is an expert in the craft of skincare with a result driven mentality.
In her spare time she loves to spend time with fiance, Patrick, 2 beautiful stepdaughters, dog Rocco and 2 cats Frank and Beans.
Mikaela Tobash
Mikaela comes from an aesthetics background as a licensed aesthetician, former aesthetic laser sales representative, and has now transitioned into her role as a Medical Spa Manager at Skin Solutions.
Mikaela is the driving force behind our daily operations. Her top priority is enhancing the patient’s experience and aiding the staff in delivering exceptional results with the highest standard of technology. She believes in the transformative power of non-invasive cosmetic procedures and is dedicated to maintaining quality care.
Mikaela is engaged in community activities, enjoys the outdoors, and loves spending time with her beloved hound dog named Gypsy.
Hannah Matarella
Meet Hannah Matarella, the warm and welcoming face of DermDox Skin Solutions. From the moment you step into our beautiful lobby, Hannah ensures that your experience is seamless, making customer service her top priority during both check-in and checkout. Beyond the front desk, she assists patients in preparing to see our expert providers, so they can focus on helping you become the best version of yourself.
A Hazleton native, Hannah is passionate about music, attending Taylor Swift concerts, and enjoys quality time with her beloved Rottweiler, Macey. She’s also an avid vinyl collector and always has her next Disney World adventure in the works!
