Christine Cabell, M.D., is double board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatology Surgery. She graduated from Penn State College of Medicine with a MD degree. She also completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Cabell then completed a Mohs Surgery and Procedural Dermatology fellowship at U Mass Medical Center. She has extensive experience in Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstruction for the treatment of skin cancers as well as excisional surgery for benign and malignant lesions, biopsy, and removal of skin lesions.
Dr. Cabell is the only surgeon in northeastern Pennsylvania trained to perform Mohs surgery with Mart-1 immuno stains for treatment of melanoma in situ and lentigo maligna melanomas. Combining immunostains with the frozen sections, Dr. Cabell provides precise and comprehensive margin assessment and same day reconstruction for this difficult to clear tumor in cosmetically sensitive areas.
Lori has been a nurse for 13 years, 10 of which she has been working closely with Dr. Cabell in Mohs surgery. Lori is the Clinic Nurse Lead here at DermDox Mohs Center. She also is certified as a Histotechnologist. Lori’s focus is to make her patients as comfortable as possible during surgery.
In her years prior to working with Dr. Cabell, she was a pediatric nurse.
Patty is a certified and registered medical assistant with more than 18 years of clinical surgery experience.

Frank is a certified histotech and the husband of Dr. Christine Cabell. On busy patient days, you can often find him diligently working in the Mohs Center lab. A former restaurant owner, Frank enjoys golfing in his free time. He also cherishes moments spent with his two daughters and son, along with the family’s two beloved dogs and cat.
Josh serves as the Care Coordinator at DermDox Mohs Center. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice from King’s College and is eager to further his education by pursuing a master’s degree. With seven years of experience in the healthcare field, Josh is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
