Dear Patient,

On behalf of DermDox Dermatology Centers, we would like to sincerely thank you for the trust you
place in our providers, Brittany Spinosa-Weber, PA-C and Tricia Sembhi, FNP, for all your
dermatological needs. Your continued confidence in our team is greatly appreciated, and we value
our patient/provider relationship.

We are also writing to notify you that our DermDox Dermatology Center’s Bethlehem office will be
relocating within the same building.

Effective Monday, September 22, 2025, our new address will be:

Please note:

This is the same building, but we are moving from Suite #205 to Suite #104 (downstairs).
Our Bethlehem office phone number remains the same: (610) 936-8050.
Please take note of your next appointment date, and if your next appointment will be in our new
location (after 9/19/2025).
