Meet the providers that make up DermDox. We pride ourselves on providing the best dermatology services to our customers. This team makes up all of our locations throughout Pennsylvania.
Dr. Schleicher brings three decades of experience in the field of dermatology. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University, received his medical degree with academic honors from the Drexel/Hahnemann Medical College, and completed his dermatology residency at the Temple Skin and Cancer Hospital. The author of two books and over two hundred journal articles, Dr. Schleicher
served for 10 years on the advisory board of the Day Spa Association and the editorial board of the journal Emergency Medicine. He currently co-hosts the cable television show, Skin Sense (ssptv.com/skin-sense) and co-hosted the radio call-in show Speaking of Your Skin.
Founder and director of the DermDox Dermatology Centers, Dr. Schleicher has served as a principal investigator for over 50 phase I-IV clinical trials. A pioneer in the field of teledermatology, his weekly case reports in the journal Clinical Advisor are viewed by thousands of
medical practitioners. He is a past ComputerWorld Honors Laureate and recipient of the Outstanding Specialty Provider award by the nonprofit Volunteers in Medicine. Dr. Schleicher is an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the Geisinger Commonwealth Medical College and a clinical instructor of dermatology at Kings College and Misericordia and Arcadia Universities.
Dr. Christopher Snyder is excited to join Dermdox Centers for Dermatology after 17 years in private practice. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Snyder completed his family medicine residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem before pursuing a multi-year fellowship in dermatology under Dr. Stephen Schleicher at DermDx Centers for Dermatology.
Dr. Snyder is dual board certified by the American Academy of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Board of Physician Specialties in Dermatology. He is passionate about general dermatology and has a strong interest in cosmetic and laser surgery. In recognition of his expertise, he has been named a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Committed to medical education, Dr. Snyder enjoys training the next generation of skin care providers. He serves as a dermatology preceptor for physician assistant students from Misericordia University and King’s College, as well as nurse practitioner students from Wilkes University and the University of Scranton.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Snyder enjoys golf, skiing, travel, and spending time with family and friends. He is also a strong community advocate, volunteering with the Conyngham Valley Civic Organization and serving as President of the Board of the Pennsylvania Theatre of Performing Arts.
Dr. Mackey is a board-certified dermatologist with 30 years of experience treating patients of all ages in both medical and surgical dermatology.
Dr. Mackey graduated from Penn State’s honors college with a bachelor’s degree in biology and received her medical degree from the Penn State College of Medicine. She is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Her internal medicine internship was conducted at Hershey Medical Center followed by a dermatology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville PA.
Dr. Mackey has served as past president of both the Lancaster City and County Medical Society, as well as the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology. She is a member of the Lancaster City and County Medical Society, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Mackey had her own practice for 22 years and looks forward to serving the Lancaster community again.
Brooke Casey, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who provides compassionate, comprehensive care in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is committed to helping patients maintain healthy skin through thorough evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and clear communication.
Brooke performs full-body skin cancer screenings and treats a wide range of acute and chronic skin conditions. She also offers many in-office procedures, including skin biopsies, removal of benign and cancerous lesions, cyst excisions, and cosmetic treatments. Her aesthetic services include Botox®, dermal fillers, and a variety of laser treatments, with a focus on natural-looking results tailored to each patient’s goals.
Before transitioning to dermatology, Brooke spent several years working in plastic and reconstructive surgery. During this time, she cared for patients before and after surgery and assisted in the operating room. She also performed many advanced office procedures independently, including scar revision, wound care, microneedling and cosmetic injections. This background gives her a strong eye for detail and aesthetics, which she brings to every aspect of her dermatology practice.
She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre and is licensed in Pennsylvania. She remains actively engaged in continuing education to stay current with advancements in dermatologic care and cosmetic procedures. Brooke believes in listening carefully, educating her patients, and creating personalized treatment plans that align with each patient’s needs and comfort level.Â
Dr. Alison Spiker believes in competent and compassionate medical care. She values her patients’ experience and actively pursues excellence. Dr. Spiker is double board-certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. Her care philosophy prioritizes clarity and an honest commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Dr. Spiker graduated with honors from West Virginia University School of Medicine and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed an internal medicine internship at Charleston Area Medical Center, followed by residency training in Dermatology and fellowship training in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery at Geisinger Medical Center. She specializes in diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic skin conditions while emphasizing prevention, education, and long-term wellness.
Greg is a Nationally certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with over 25 years of Dermatology experience. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska while serving in the United States Air Force. Greg has found his passion in providing dermatology services for the community in which he grew up. He enjoys combining his acumen for attention to detail with his surgical expertise to ensure an excellent outcome for each patient. His mission is to provide cosmetic and general dermatology care that helps each patient attain their best natural appearance that increases their self-esteem.
Rebecca graduated from Seton Hill University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is board-certified by the National Board for PA certification and has been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2005. Rebecca is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Prior to joining
DermDox, she worked in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Dr. Francis Johns in western Pennsylvania for over 10 years. She is highly skilled in surgical and noninvasive cosmetic procedures including; Juvederm, Radiesse, Voluma, Botox, Kybella, and Asclera leg
vein sclerotherapy. Rebecca also performs Microneedling, PRP injections, and laser treatments.
Megan is a Physician Assistant with over 10 years’ experience in dermatology. She received a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physician assistant studies from Marywood University and completed a fellowship program in dermatology from the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She enjoys practicing both medical and cosmetic dermatology in the community where she grew
up.
Anthony Raineri, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant at Derm Dox in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania with over six years of clinical experience in dermatology. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical dermatologic care, with a strong focus on chronic inflammatory skin conditions including acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema.
In addition to medical dermatology, Anthony specializes in surgical dermatology, performing procedures such as cyst and lipoma excisions, non-melanoma skin cancer surgeries, and melanoma excisions. He is committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care with an emphasis on long-term disease management and optimal surgical outcomes.
Anthony earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, through the Smeal College of Business, and later completed his MBA in Business Management at College Misericordia. He went on to obtain his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University, combining a strong clinical foundation with advanced training in healthcare leadership and management.
Outside of medicine, Anthony enjoys golfing, traveling, visiting his family in South Florida, and he considers himself a true pizza connoisseur. During the fall, his weekends are reserved for Penn State Football. WE ARE! and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. GO BIRDS!
Kali graduated from King’s College, earning her Bachelor’s in Medical Studies and Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. She is board-certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also completing a fellowship program through the SDPA to further her knowledge in the ever-growing field of dermatology. Kali is passionate about her work, always ensuring that her patients receive optimal, compassionate care.
Trisha brings over a decade of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with 7 of those years focused in dermatology and the last 2 in aesthetic medicine. A proud graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, she has previously cared for patients at both Dedicated Dermatology, and Meesha Aesthetics, where she honed her expertise in medical and cosmetic skin care.
Beyond her clinical experience, Trisha is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin. She was drawn to DermDox for our shared values, commitment to growth, and the supportive, welcoming environment across all our locations.
When she’s not treating patients, you’ll find her traveling, exploring new restaurants, or spending time with her two beautiful daughters
Michelle graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has prior nursing experience in the emergency department, as well as orthopedic surgery. Michelle received her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. Michelle is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society of Nursing. Michelle has a passion for both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Amy graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then received her Master of Science in Nursing from DeSales University. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to joining DermDox, Amy worked in
Critical Care and another dermatology practice. In her free time, Amy enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her family.
Alleigh graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked at Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center as a surgical nurse for 8 years. In 2019, she decided to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing degree through Penn State University. She continued to work full time while completing the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Penn State and graduated in 2022. Alleigh is board certified with AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Megan graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Megan completed two years of nursing at the bedside at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit prior to returning The Pennsylvania State University for graduate school. While continuing to work full-time in the NICU as a Registered Nurse, Megan completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Penn State and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2020. Megan is an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for Dermatology.
Katie is a graduate of Millersville University with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing. She is board certified through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has an extensive background in emergency medicine, trauma, sepsis prevention, and recognition. She was drawn to the field of Dermatology because of her personal experiences with acne, rosacea, and abnormal moles. Her goal is to ensure that the community has access to skin cancer education and detection through thorough skin checks. Katie also enjoys learning about the latest innovations in skincare and cosmetic dermatology so that her patients can look and feel confident in their own skin.
Deanna Garvey, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who practices medical and aesthetic dermatology, with a focus on skin health, prevention, and natural-looking results. She completed her nursing education at Villanova University and takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.
She provides comprehensive medical dermatology care, including full skin examinations, skin cancer screenings and treatment, and the management of common and chronic skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis. Deanna also has an aesthetic dermatology background with over a decade of experience, having worked as an injector in New York City, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas, where she served as a clinical trainer in aesthetics for physicians, dentists, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
She specializes in collagen-stimulating injectable treatments for the face and body and is experienced in advanced injectable techniques using all major brands and products. Deanna is an IMMerging Scholar with the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates.
She is passionate about sunscreen education, evidence-based skincare, and helping patients enjoy life in the sun safely. Outside of work, Deanna enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her two dogs.
