Dr. Freed was born and raised in the Telford area of Pennsylvania and attended Temple Medical School.  He did a four-year surgical residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia followed by a two-year plastic surgery residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center.   Dr. Freed had his own practice in the Sellersville area for 45 years prior to joining DermDox.  In his free time, Dr. Freed is very active in Third World Medicine traveling to work in medical clinics across the globe including 11 trips to Guatemala and 40 trips to Haiti.
